Today marks an important, new chapter for Concrete Canvas Ltd. The company has been very active globally in the geosynthetic barriers market, establishing offices, distributor relationships, and signature projects around the world for years. The company’s continual growth has been a great story, and that story is continuing with a major expansion into the US market. From 25 March 2021, the newly incorporated Concrete Canvas USA will lead the sale and master distribution of Concrete Canvas® products across the United States.
The new CCUSA branch is based in Houston, Texas and is being directed by geosynthetics veteran Enrique Saavedra. Phillip Greer, who is based at Concrete Canvas’s international headquarters in the United Kingdom, serves as the Business Development Manager for the UK and USA.

As of the opening of the new CCUSA office, all CC products supplied to the US will revert from the former Concrete Cloth™ brand name to Concrete Canvas®, which aligns the global branding.
What about known distributors who had previously supported the core CC materials in the US? Concrete Canvas USA will support customers through a combination of direct and distribution sales through regional partners.
“We very much look forward to continuing to work with our established sales partners in the US and are also looking to sign new distributors to better service untapped markets and territories,” the company writes.

The move essentially enhances the overall support for engineers, contractors, and other clients utilizing these barrier technologies.
Also, as part of the expansion, Concrete Canvas has joined the independent Geosynthetic Institute (GSI) in order to support its education and research programs.
