Last Monday, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation’s (NYS DEC) preliminary draft regulations for the State’s Solid Waste Management Regulations, 6 NYCRR Part 360 posted on their web site. In the effort to obtain public input prior to initiating the formal rule-making process, public comments are invited for one month only.
