Inadequate EC Plans

While the removal of a condo development plan in Waterbury, Connecticut is not solely the result of an inadequate erosion control plan, it’s interesting to note that cities, counties and journalists continue to stress this in development discussions and articles. And developers continue to underplan. Better approaches to development and erosion control are just some of the discussions to be tackled at February’s EC 07 conference in Reno.
