Republic Services has come to an agreement with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency regarding the Countrywide Recycling & Disposal Facility. A fire had long-been suspected in a cell at Countrywide. Republic has 60 days to submit a plan to halt the fire. A $1 million fine will also be paid by Republic.
