Erosion along an aluminum waste pollution in Newark, Ohio’s Licking River will require a $2.8 million stabilization scheme. Planners expect to use 17,000 tons of stone, 6,550 square yards of geotextile, and new granular fill and topsoil to rebuild and firm up the bank.
