A Tampa-area reservoir is showing cracks in the concrete and soil erosion control-lining at the edges. Designers did not want to use riprap. While a state damn inspector is coming to evaluate the site, Tampa water officials intend to fix the cracks with standard grouting. The fabric lining beneath is intact and providing stability in the meantime.
