The International Erosion Control Association (IECA) partnering with the Mountain States Chapter of IECA and Bernalillo County will present a full day course, “How to Write a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) to Meet NPDES Requirements” held Thursday, September 20, 2007, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Albuquerque/Bernalillo County Government Center.
