The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) and the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) are reviewing two Superfund sites in Duluth for remediation measures. Sediment flows and groundwater are being monitored, and a report is expected by September to detail whether dredging or capping will be the best approach.
