GeoAmericas 2008, The First Pan-American Geosynthetics Conference and Exhibition, was held 2-5 March, 2008, in Cancun, Mexico. The event included a three-day exhibition which offered an excellent opportunity for Geosynthetics manufacturers and service providers to present new technologies and innovations to regulators, contractors, engineers, specifiers and other geosynthetics users from both hemispheres. Technical papers were presented in either English, Spanish or Portuguese and questions and answers were also provided in those languages. Short Courses and Training Lectures were also offered in English and/or Spanish.

Geosynthetics 2009, Feb. 25-27, is the largest geosynthetics industry event in North America.
