Reservoir Liner Needed

The city of Franklin, Tennessee has a cracked and leaking reservoir. Officials now believe the best repair scheme will involve dredging the reservoir and lining it with a geosynthetic barrier. As the idea has only now been suggested, cost and timeline estimations have not been calculated.
