29 December 2009 — In an initiative to contribute to the water conservation movement, polymer procession company EMMBI Polyarns Limited has announced the launch of its sophisticated range of water conservation products — ‘AquaSave’.
Under the brand ‘AquaSave’, Emmbi Polyarns would launch a range of water conserving products like flexible water tank (Flexi tank), Rain water harvesting system, canal liners, pond liners and geosynthetics.
Announcing the launch, Mr Makrand Appalwar, Managing Director of EMMBI Polyarns Limited said: “We are extreme happy to have come out with these important products as a result of an in house research. India’s huge and growing population is putting a severe strain on all of the country’s natural resources, especially water. Most water sources are contaminated by sewage and agricultural runoff.”
“We know that Earth is composed of nearly 75% water, but what most don’t know is that only 3% of it can be safely consumed. Hence it is imperative to save water,” he said and expressed the confidence that his company products will receive good response. Emmbi aims to considerably cut down India’s water problems with the launch of these water conserving products. Aquasave will definitely give a boost to the company’s efforts to preserve, save, and protect the environment for ourselves and future generations.
