1 March 2010 – The International Erosion Control Association (IECA) and the Erosion and Sediment Control Network (ESCN.tv) have announced an agreement to make ESCN.tv the official online news station of IECA.

“This partnership will allow the International Erosion Control Association to better communicate with our members and potential members alike,” states Russell Adsit, Executive Director of IECA. “The opportunity is here to use another medium to promote our members as well as to deliver timely information to the erosion, sediment and stormwater communities.”

In its bi-weekly webcasts, ESCN.tv will feature association news and provide information regarding IECA to the erosion and sediment control industry. ESCN.tv will also work with IECA to cover regional and Chapter events and to promote educational opportunities to the professional community.

This partnership will allow IECA to expand and enhance its reach by utilizing the technology of internet TV to provide leadership to an ever-changing industry. By combining two respected voices and building on each other’s strengths, the partnership will ensure an even stronger voice providing timely news, information, education and entertainment.
