3 New Orleans playgrounds to close for lead remediation

New Orleans recently discovered elevated lead levels in a park, after which the park was closed and remediated with a simple geotextile separator and clean soil placement strategy. Another 13 parks were then sampled, and from those samples it was determined that three more parks must be remediated. A similar approach is expected to be used.
