More than 400,000 cubic meters of containment soil has been removed Toronto’s TTC Light Rail Train Yard. The $51-million (including taxes) soil remediation and soil capping project involves rammed aggregate piers and a GCL-lined temporary sediment-control pond, among other site solutions.
