Dwight as President and Chief Executive Officer. The 85-year old company’s flexible materials are used in everything from outdoor advertising, water, fuel and chemical containment, to military fabrics and commercial roofing.

Prior to joining the Cooley Group, Mr. Dwight provided strategic, operational and financial leadership to companies at varying stages of development and to private equity and venture capital firms. Mr. Dwight’s notable experience includes holding the position of Partner and Cleantech & Renewable Energy Segment Leader for Tatum LLC, as well as 17 years in a steady progression of domestic and international executive roles for GE, including seven years in Asia Pacific. Mr. Dwight holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS from the University of Vermont. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Satcon Technology Corporation, a NASDAQ listed renewable energy company.
