The Town of Berlin, Maryland has posted a project advertisement PDF for a new lagoon liner. The engineer of record for the project is URS Corporation. The ad notes: “Sealed bids for the Project will be received by 3:00 p.m. local time, on June 21, 2011, at the Town Hall Building, located at 10 William St, Berlin, MD 21811, and will then be opened and read aloud. A pre-bid meeting will be held on June 2, 2011 at 3:00 pm at the Town Hall in Berlin.
