In it, the company lists among many global trends a global fiber consumption increase of 4.2 percent (up to 70.5 million metric tons). Man-made fiber consumption rose 4.0 percent to 44.1 million tonnes. In nonwovens, investment in infrastructure will assist the industrial development for geotextiles and agricultural applications.
