Monsanto, a multinational agriculture company, has reached a settlement with Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks and landowners over PCB contamination in Big Spring Creek outside of Lewistown. FWP sought $10.5 million, in addition to punitive damages. The two sides have settled on Monsanto paying FWP $5 million.
