South Africa-based Kaytech Engineered Fabrics has announced the addition of Paul Pratt to its team of geosynthetics experts. Pratt joins Kaytech as a Technical Manager. Previously, he served as National Sales Manager for Fibertex South Africa.
Pratt is well-known in the marketplace, having been part of his previous employer’s investment in a nonwoven geotextile plant’s construction in South Africa and helping steer a successful course for growth in the region.
Kaytech has been active in the Southern African Civil Engineering industry’s geotextiles and geosynthetic solutions market for more than 40 years. The company’s specialty materials, such as bidim® geotextiles, are used across a broad range of applications, including erosion control, drainage and filtration, hydraulic construction, reinforcement and separation, road maintenance and rehabilitation, water and waste containment, and horticultural solutions.
