NOTE: When Committee D35 on Geosynthetics gathers at the Hyatt Regency Houston in Houston, Texas 29-31 January 2014, the committee will celebrate its 30th anniversary. The hard work of its members over the years has had a substantial and beneficial impact on engineering and construction. Geosynthetics have had a tremendous global impact, improving sustainability, extending infrastructure lives, and bettering engineered structure economics. These advances have been supported and enhanced by the dependability of the standardization community.
