The HUESKER Group Founds Subsidiary in Russia

The HUESKER Group, with its corporate head office in Gescher, Westphalia, Germany, was expanded on 1 October 2013 through a new subsidiary in Moscow, Russia. As one of the international leading manufacturers of geosynthetics, the HUESKER Group is active in the business areas Earthworks and Foundations, Roads and Pavements, Hydraulic Engineering, Environmental Engineering as well as applications in Industry and Agriculture. Stanislav Khmelnitskiy is to take over management of the Russian subsidiary HUESKER OOO. Khmelnitskiy, a native of Moscow, brings years of experience in the General Management of Technical Textiles as well as Mechanical Engineering.
“Our aim is to continue the expansion of activities in the Eurasian Customs Union, and to develop further business fields during the coming months”, says Khmelnitskiy about the future orientation of the Group.
In addition to growth plans and the intensification of existing partnerships, storage capacities should be created in order to react more flexibly to requests.
“A further focus will be placed in the field of technical service and design assistance”, says Khmelnitskiy.
After long-standing business relationships in the Eurasian area, the  HUESKER Group is supplementing its network with an additional, important component through HUESKER Russia.
In addition to further subsidiaries in Great Britain, Spain, Italy, France, the Netherlands, USA and Brazil, HUESKER works closely with trading and distribution partners as well as having its own sales branches in more than 60 countries.
