Geosynthetica Brasil will host its second Geosynthetics Pavilion at a major conference and exhibition. This time, the venue will be M&T Expo 2018 – International Trade Fair for Construction and Mining Equipment. Interested companies are invited to be part of the publication’s innovative space. Geosynthetica welcomes your personnel, products, technical innovations, and everything else that makes geosynthetics essential to construction and mining success.
The first Geosynthetics Pavilion was held at June 2017’s BW Expo. That event also included a special geosynthetics education track at part of the collocated Sobratema Summit.
The M&T Expo 2018 will be held 5 – 8 June 2018 at the São Paulo Expo, one of South America’s newest and most modern event centers.
HOW TO GET INVOLVED: 2ND GEOSYNTHETICS PAVILION
A limited number of companies can participate in the Geosynthetics Pavilion, so expressions of interest need to be received soon. (Contact Andre Lacerda, sales@geosynthetica.net.) The Pavilion includes a large booth structure with space dedicated to the participating companies. This includes space for personnel, a TV, banners, literature, and more. Participating companies will be included in special promotions for the event on Geosynthetica’s international websites and on the M&T Expo website. Furthermore, participating companies are invited to present technical papers in the form of lectures and mini-courses during the event.
WHY PARTICIPATE
For more than 20 years, M&T Expo has been the most important mining-related event in Brazil. In 2015, in fact, more than 45,000 attendees and nearly 480 exhibitors took part in the 100,000 m² exhibition area. That extraordinary event took place during a national recession.
The triennial fair represents up to 30% of the total annual sales volume of equipment in the civil and mining markets in Brazil, which confirms its role as an important source of business generation for manufacturers and an essential place in which competitiveness is fostered and financial and technical strategies are developed for the entirety of the construction and mining sectors.
Along with M&T Expo, the influential construction and mining association Sobratema will co-locate the Construction Expo and the M&T Parts and Services (Fair and Congress of Technology and Management of Equipment for Construction and Mining). Exhibitors and visitors taking part in these additional events also represent the civil and mining sectors that are of extreme importance to geosynthetics.
