BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

The ideal Business Development Manager candidate will be a dynamic leader with success developing distribution networks and overseeing territory projects, promoting technical construction solutions to engineers/architects, creating strong direct customer relationships, and a desire to contribute to the team’s success. This professional will travel extensively within their territory, bring forward new sales opportunities, and participate with the team on marketing, product innovation, and other business initiatives.  Some product development, marketing and construction experience related to infrastructure improvements and the use of geosynthetics a bonus.  You can expect to be part of an energetic team and rewarding work environment with outstanding opportunities for personal contributions and growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources, Soil Sciences, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
  • Strong technical and sales acumen
  • Position based in Appleton, Wisconsin for team interaction and individual development opportunities
