Hundreds of Native American artifacts have been discovered on a future park site in New Rochelle, New York. As development operations continue, the United States Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) is placing geotextile fabric over the sensitive archaeological zones to protect the objects from pressure, soil mixing and damage during construction.
