Edmond, Oklahoma is the latest city to implement its own erosion and sediment and control policies. While municipalities have lagged in compliance with the Clean Water Act and various National Pollution Discharge Elimination System mandates, monitoring (and administering fines!) on the local level is growing rapidly.
