ASTM International Committee D18 on Soil and Rock has announced work item WK30886, “Standard Test Method for Determination of Rolled Erosion Control Product (RECP) Performance in Protecting Hillslopes from Rainfall-Induced Erosion.” This work item is balloted for the withdrawal of the existing standard D6459-07. No replacement is currently scheduled.
