Atlantic Lining Company, Inc. is a geomembrane specialist providing material sales and installation services for HDPE, LLDPE, PVC, Hypalon, Geosynthetic Clay Liners and Polypropylene liners. Atlantic Lining Company, Inc. provides technical assistance, turnkey installation services, excavating, remediation, piping and concrete construction capabilities for turnkey projects through the general contracting division of Atlantic Lining Company, Inc., ALCO Construction Company.
Mr. Rafter brings to Atlantic Lining Company, Inc. more than 20 years of geosynthetic and construction experience. The past seven years, Mr. Rafter has held a variety of positions within the Construction Technologies Division of AMCOL International Company. While there Mr. Rafter was selected as part of the 2009 AMCOL Leadership Development Program, the Geosynthetic Material Association representative, and elected to the Board of Directors of the Geosynthetic Institute. Prior to this position he was a Regional Manager for GSE Environmental where he was instrumental in developing propriety specifications and installation projects.
