Blackrock Goes Forth

In Fairfield, Connecticut, Blackrock Realty is preparing to convert a section of contaminated soil along Ash Creek into a major development with a train stop, 800,000 square feet of office space, a 185-room Hilton hotel, fitness center, retail building and wetlands. Initial cleanup and contaminated soil cap preparation begins this July.
