International Erosion Control Association Board, staff, and representatives from several South American countries met at the February ’03 Las Vegas Conference to discuss the formation of an IberoAmerican Chapter. The Board supported chapter will include Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Spain, Venezuela, and Uruguay.
