Cap Needed in Connecticut

The Wilton, Connecticut area is soon to remediate the land on which a wire mill once operated. The state’s Department of Environmental Protection has not fully approved the plan, which will include geosynthetic capping, but has cleared the land development company to present their plan to the public and receive comment.
