To comply with the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) new Long Term 2 Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule (LT2ESWTR), the city of Rochester, New York will be making $23 million in upgrades to its reservoir system. Everything from regrading to new pipe installations will be performed.
