At the Solid Waste Association of North America’s (SWANA) 40th annual Western Regional Symposium (May 2011), Chris Richgels of Golder Associates presented on the utilization of a synthetic grass – geomembrane hybrid exposed geomembrane cap system used to cover the Crazy Horse Landfill (Monterey County, California).
