Composting Under Geotextiles

From the New Jersey Herald: New Jersey-based Ag Choice formed in August 2006 to convert animal, food and manure waste to compost. A late step in the process is covering the turned compost with geotextile, beneath which the compost finishes. In less than half of a year, Ag Choice converted more than 80 tons of food waste and 700 cubic yards of manure.
