The Appleton Post-Gazette has published an article on the role of geogrids in improving roads in Menasha, Wisconsin. After more than 20 years of failures, officials finally specified geogrid reinforcement for the 2-mile rebuild. Poor soil conditions along the road shoulders are thought to be a contributor to the years of poor road performance.
