Livingston Parish in Louisiana may add erosoin control blankets and gentler slopes to development regulations. Erosion and sediment runoff from construction has been an on-going problem. The lack of erosion control blankets was brought up at a parish council meeting; and the committee added the debate to next week’s meeting.
