The ideal candidate will have:
- Advanced degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Material Science
- Five plus years of experience in Research and Development activities for the development of new products related to blown and cast films
- Good knowledge of polyolefin resins and their use in coextrusion and lamination processes
- Advanced knowledge of polymers, including but not limited to LLDPE, HDPE, PP, Nylon, EVOH and additives
- The ability to stay updated on new advances in the industry
- Ability to give technical advice at senior level regarding product design and development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
