Edmonton-based Tekle Technical Services (TTS) will soon open what is billed as an experimental fibers plant in Drayton Valley, Alberta, Canada. The facility is thought to be the first of its kind in North America. It will convert wood and agriculture fibers into agricultural matting, geotextiles and other materials.
