DuPont Packaging and Industrial Polymers is introducing a new polymer additive that will improve the softness and smoothness of geotextiles and bulk bags, thus making fabrication easier and reducing abrasion wear. Also, the company intends the polymer line to increase filler acceptance in geotextiles, which will help reduce costs by allowing the use of higher levels of low-cost fillers.
