High Temp Geomembrane by GSEGSE Environmental is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Western United States territory. The candidate should reside in one of the following states: AZ, CA, NM, HI, NV, CO, ID, UT, WY, or MT. The territory of Guam is also of interest, and the company notes that additional states may be included.

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales calls to owners, engineers, general contractors, and governmental regulatory agencies to convince prospective customers to specify and purchase company’s products and services
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM database with contacts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customer contacts
  • Enter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into database
  • Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from advertising inquiries, trade show, sales calls, etc.
  • Make outbound lead follow-up calls to potential customers
  • Handle inbound sales calls and converts calls into sales
  • Overcome technical and business objections of customers
  • Provide management monthly sales report on activities
  • Assist in determining project pricing
  • Assist in managing competitive bidding process through market feedback

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or five plus years experience in a related field
  • Sales experience with technical products or products having physical or performance specifications
  • Experience in multi-tier selling market
  • Experience in construction business
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual is a plus
