Developers Gene Wilburn and John Dean have progressed mightily in their upscale Hickory Point development, Cannonsburg, Kentucky. Erosion control blankets have been laid – 486 rolls in total – and the site is looking both visually sharp and sharply in compliance with erosion and stormwater codes.
