Geosynthetic manufacturer Emas Kiara, based in Malaysia, is increasing production by nearly five fold. The company has purchased new equipment to enable high quality polypropylene fiber production such as might be used in nonwoven products. Nearly one-fourth of the company’s current revenue is in export markets, primarily in Asia and Australasia.
