Inland Tarp & Liner (ITL®), LLC has revealed news that many in the geosynthetics manufacturing sector had been looking for: an acquisition involving Brawler Industries. Inland released a notice that it had acquired the “physical assets and equipment of Brawler Industries and Brawler Environmental Containment located at Midland, Texas.”
The company entered the acquisition carefully, keeping many former Brawler employees and updating equipment to supplement the production of pit and pond liners.
Inland Tarp & Liner, like the former Brawler Industries, has deep experience in pit and pond liner markets, oild and gas, and related sectors. The company has improved capacity over the past few years. The Midland, Texas acquisition will further support Inland Tarp & Liner’s expanded Odessa, Texas plant.
The combined plants offer more than 100,000 square feet of production space and 12,000 square feet of offices.
