SEATTLE, WA, January 29 / 2002 — Layfield Geosynthetics & Industrial Fabrics Ltd. is pleased to announce the recruitment of Mr. Brad Miller as the company’s Business Development Manager for the US Southwest region. In this position, Mr. Miller will have responsibility for expanding Layfield’s operations in California and the Southwestern United States. Mr. Miller will also lead the sales and marketing of the company’s complete line of Geosynthetics including Geomembranes, Soil Reinforcement, Erosion and Sediment Control Products. Mr. Miller has over 16 years of experience in the environmental industry, including experience in technical project management, marketing, and sales management. Mr. Miller has a B.S. in Geosciences from the University of Arizona, and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Miller has authored or co-authored at least 10 technical papers in the field of geosynthetics and environmental remediation.
