Leister has had an effective team of eleven specialists active in the important Japanese market since May 2010 with the subsidiary Leister Technologies KK. A further expansion to 15 employees is planned in the next few months.
Areas served in Japan include: plastic welding (hand tools, welding machines, hand extruders), process heat (air heaters, hot-air blowers and blowers for industrial applications), laser technology (Novolas) and gas sensor systems (Axetris).
In taking this important decision, Leister aims to intensify its activities in Japan, while consolidating and expanding its market leadership.
