A Chicago-based fuel technology company is relocating to Davenport, Iowa with intent to produce a cleaner, longer burning fuel that actually mixes oils and water. Additional applications for the Korean-developed technology include processing livestock manure to create a cleaner, odorless mixture to spray on fields.
