21 January 2011 – The Supervisory Board intends to nominate Mr B. Cornelese for appointment as member of the Executive Board and CFO. Further information will be provided in the notes to the agenda for the next shareholders’ meeting.
Mr Cornelese (46) is currently employed as Vice President & CFO EMEA of Biomet Inc. Prior to this he was CFO Northern Europe of Pepsico International.
In accordance with the agreements made at the time he took up office, Mr J. Lock will step down as member of the Executive Board and CFO of Royal Ten Cate at the next shareholders’ meeting to be held on 21 April 2011.
The Supervisory Board and the Executive Board are very grateful to Mr Lock for the contribution he has made during the two extra years after his initial retirement.
