The first quarter of the year is a time of renewing professional society memberships, and it is also often a time of elections. Readers are encouraged to renew their North American Geosynthetics Society (NAGS) memberships now…as well as take part in the NAGS Elections.
From now through February 21, members of NAGS—the North American chapter of the International Geosynthetics Society (IGS)—will be able to vote for the President Elect position and a Vice President spot.
The current NAGS Board of Directors includes 8 members: president, president elect, treasurer, and five vice presidents. The immediate past president is also part of the board. Board members (expect president) serve 4-year terms and are limited to two terms. The President serves for a 2-year term.
Members of NAGS can vote through 11:59 pm on February 21 online at:

You must login to the IGS website with your member number and password. A "forgot password" link is available for your assistance.
All members of NAGS are members of IGS—so renew your membership today to NAGS and continue your participation in the larger international community as well.
