Roughly 180,000 cubic yards of dirt will be moved to a 32-acre site near Memphis, Tennessee ahead of the construction of a new sewage plant. It’s part of a $2.6 million site-preparation package. The dirt adds elevation to the site, and extra dirt with simulate future structure weights. Geosynthetic separation and lining materials will be placed as well at future lagoon locations.
