The Center will provide full-spectrum product development through extensive research, analysis, processing and optimization of new product formulations. Raven is committed to designing innovative engineered plastic film and sheeting that offers exceptional performance and value. Raven provides integrated solutions for seamless product development from conceptual ideas through full-scale production with the manufacturing capacity to support long-range projections for maximum throughput efficiencies.

The Technology Solutions Center houses two state-of-the-art pilot extrusion lines. The first is a 9-layer blown film and sheeting line, capable of producing a broad range of complex multi-layer products including highly engineered barrier layers. The second is a versatile cast/coating line able to introduce various preformed scrims or fabric substrates. The pilot lines are located directly outside a modern full-service accredited laboratory along with a development/meeting area designed to promote creativity and innovation in a stimulating work environment.
