Western Tank and Lining submitted the lowest of three received bids ($277,623) for the installation of a geotextile-geomembrane landfill cover near Port Clements, British Columbia, Canada. Western will also install piping for leachate collection and gas venting as part of the work. The job should be complete by mid to late August.
